This policy describes the data this implementation actually collects. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

What we collect

Listing data you submit: destination URL or X handle, product name, category, description.
An email address if you optionally provide one with a bid, used for receipts and ownership queries.
Payment records: amounts, currency, status, provider reference and timestamps. Card numbers are processed by the payment provider and are never stored here.
Outbound click events: listing, timestamp, referrer and a hashed, daily-rotating IP value used only for abuse prevention. Clicks are counts, not identified visitor profiles.
Report and contact messages you send.

Listing names, descriptions, categories, verified totals, ranks and click counts are public by design — that is the product.

Data is shared only with the payment provider to process payments, and where required by law.
